Our products are covered by a six months limited warranty from the date of original purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials. If such defects should occur, Wecheer will, as its option, repair or replace the product. The product must not have been previously misused, abused, modified or repaired by an unauthorized third party.

Prepaid shipping charges are required. An original receipt of purchase must be sent along with your appliance for all warranty service. All warranty claims must be made to Wecheer Canada Service Company by fax or e-mail. Please contact us at service@wecheer.com.
